1. Restricted Countries and Regions (Prohibited List)
Citizens, residents, legal entities, or any users physically located in the following areas (collectively referred to as "Restricted Persons") are strictly prohibited from accessing or using any trading features on MER:

• High-Risk & Comprehensively Sanctioned Regions: North Korea (DPRK), Cuba, Iran, Syria, Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk, Russia, and other countries or regions subject to severe sanctions by OFAC, the United Nations, or the European Union.
• Strictly Restricted Jurisdictions: The United States (including U.S. Persons, tax residents, entities incorporated in the U.S., or access originating from U.S. IP addresses), certain provinces in Canada (e.g., Ontario), and any jurisdictions where crypto derivatives or spot trading are explicitly prohibited by law.

2. Compliance Requirements and Restricted Access Rules
Prohibited Actions (including accessing via VPNs or proxy tools from restricted IP locations):

1. The platform reserves the right to terminate or restrict your access to services at any time if you conceal or disguise your real IP location.

2. Accessing or using this platform from within prohibited IP locations may result in the inability to execute trades or withdraw assets, including Swap, Perps, and all other services provided on the platform.

3. The platform reserves all rights to interrupt, terminate, or restrict service access, and all final interpretation rights belong to the platform.

Platform Features Overview:

1. MER DEX Swap is a trading platform that allows you to swap cryptocurrencies across supported blockchain networks with customizable slippage settings and standard platform service fees.

2. MER DEX Perps allows you to trade perpetual futures using cryptocurrency with customizable leverage multipliers. Risk Warning: Crypto futures trading carries significantly higher risk than spot swapping. The risk is determined by your leverage ratio. Higher leverage increases trading risk and amplifies both profits and losses, directly impacting position safety. Please choose responsibly based on your needs.

3. Funding Rates in MER DEX Perps:
- Anchoring Spot Price: Encourages shorting/closing longs when futures trade at a premium, and longing/closing shorts when futures trade at a discount.
- Balancing Long/Short Positions: Adjusts market position ratios through financial incentives (interest compensation).
- Maintaining Market Health: Prevents price manipulation and excessive leverage accumulation in one-sided markets.
- Funding Rate Payments: When positive (+), long positions pay short positions. When negative (-), short positions pay long positions. Settlements occur every 8 hours.

4. Liquidation in MER DEX Perps: When your margin is insufficient to support your perpetual futures position, MER DEX Perps will execute a forced closure (liquidation).

5. MER Risk Disclaimer: Crypto and derivatives trading carry extremely high risk. MER platform assumes no compensation liability or obligation.
